- removal of the (infamous?) "retreat under fire by an unseen enemy" rule.
WARSAW PACT:
- Sheksna missile accuracy dropped from 10 to 8 on all support.
- all Bastion missile supply cost reduced from 175 to 125.
- all vehicle-mounted (but UAZ) Konkurs missiles' reload time increased from 5 to 10s.
- foot and UAZ-mounted Konkurs missiles' reload time increased from 2 to 5s.
- foot and UAZ-mounted Fagot missiles' reload time increased from 2 to 5s.
- all Strela-2 missiles (but FJB-40's)'s accuracy increased from 4 to 5.
- BRDM-2U price decreased from 220 to 210$.
